Price performance ratio bad; too expensive!!!

The hotel was one of the best of our trip. The room was large, clean and the bed very comfortable. A big TV has made bumming around in the evening a little sweeter. We were there one weekend, so the hotel was quite empty. Seems more like a hotel for the businessmen in Silicon Valley. Google and Stanford University are 15 minutes away by car.

The Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto is a trendy boutique hotel with great views. The rooms are tastefully decorated, brand-new, and equipped with hypo-allergenic pillows. Each room also features central heating, a TV set, and a fridge. The hotel's location right by Crowne Plaza is stunning, and it is conveniently situated in the Bay Area.

SO happy we had gotten an upgrade!!! The staff was very friendly and kind as well.

Great service here, they even have parking in the back which is super convenient. Our room had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast options were top-notch - loved the eggs, sausages, bacon, and hot waffles 😋.

Our room was located in a section that was not handicap accessible. It was noisy because of loud a/c fans and refrigerator.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I especially liked the large bathroom and the nice pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly changing my room when I requested. The onsite restaurant served excellent food with impeccable service. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and being close to Stanford University and shopping areas.

We had an amazing time here! The hotel is centrally located and offers easy access to the greater Stanford area and a great pub that we highly recommend. The bus stop just outside made it easy for us to get around. There are also many convenient amenities, such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in our room, including soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, a sink, free toiletries, and even a refrigerator. The staff was very efficient and gave us excellent customer service throughout our stay. Cons: We highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I greatly enjoyed the peaceful location of the hotel. The venue is in a really nice area. My bed was comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated with easy access to Stanford. The staff were top-class, attentive, and did everything they could for a really good stay.

They have a great restaurant downstairs by the lobby, pool/spa area was great. There fitness center was pretty good as well.

The veiw from our room was horrible, they gave us a room that was looking out at an empty wall space. For the price I paid I was expecting more of a nicer view even if it was just of the street. The WiFi did not work in our room, it was super slow. They dont provide you a microwave unless you ask first.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a bus stop just outside and it was conveniently located near a good restaurant. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing exceptional customer service. The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and pillows that made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and there were some facilities available, such as a pool and hot tub.

My husband needed to be near Stanford Medical Center for an appointment. The young man who checked us in, immediately did a map search and printed out directions for our early morning appointment. That evening we had a great steak dinner in the restaurant. Jose was a wonderful and personable waiter and the food was excellent! The steak was prepared to perfection!

The furnace/AC ran all night. It didn't turn off or on based on the temperature in the room.

Great location here, super close to Stanford University and awesome biking trails nearby 🚴‍♂️.
